Believe me, I am not unsympathetic. I have myself struggled over many sites which are certainly Fresh enough, but whose content contains objectionable nudity (nudity itself is not necessarily objectionable, but it is only allowable if it is extremely unflattering and is not erotic in nature) and other lewdness.
To wit, the Impotent Sea Snakes, a sort of a cross between GWAR and Kembra Pfahler who hail from HOTlanta, GA, are pretty darned fresh, however all the suggestive photos of their live "act" make this site ineligible. For similar reasons, neither GWAR nor Ms. Pfahler would make the cut either.
Sure, Richard Burt, aka the Naughty Professor, has a picture of a topless Nina Hartley sitting on his lap; but it must be noted that Prof. Burt's wife Betsy is on his other knee, so he's not as naughty as all that.
