Rody would sink a few years here & there into a group, only to find them not as serious about the music. Another problem he found repeatedly was that most people he ended working with were not truly : interested in the contribution of his ideas, but only wanted someone to fill the drummer position. His ideas were, as he was often told, too different, too complex, or just not "safe" enough. This however seemed to be : in contradiction to all the things he loved about music. From the adventurous soundscapes of David Bowie, the brash emotion of Beethoven, the flash & crunch of : Kiss, the anything goes of Queen, the sci-fi themes of Gary Numan & Devo, the sheer primal delight of the Ramones… the list went on & on of all the things that made music music to Rody. Perhaps it was time to take matters into his own hands… : MAYBE PLAN B on sale exclusively at Sam Goody, Deerbrook Mall, Humble, TX, a couple miles north of Bush Intercontinental Airport.
